PRE-PRESS AND COLOUR MANAGEMENT

 

  • Industry standard Esko and Adobe software and workflow solutions to provide quality pre-press service
     

  • Colour management technology and know-how
    to profile your printing press (    whether it is corrugated board, paper or foil printing) and build the approval procedure upon reliable proofs

PRINTING FORM PRODUCTION

 

  • Large size printing forms (using up to 203 cm x 127 cm
    size raw plates)
     

  • 2 parallel plate-making lines for the safety of production
     

  • DuPont DigiCorr technology for corrugated applications, to reduce washboard/fluting effect and increase post-print quality and printing form lifetime
     

  • 4000 dpi HD FLEXO laser technology
     

  • DuPont DigiFlow and Esko Pixel+ technologies to further increase possibilities in the field of flexible packaging and other applications demanding high quality 

PRINTING FORM MOUNTING

 

  • Computer aided mounting using DuPont Macroflex system with high precision (0.01-0.03 mm) positioning
     

  • DuPont Cyrel CyComp soft compressible foam backing for equalising total thickness (thinner plates may be used) and improving print quality due to the foam's good resilience
